Function: createClient()

function createClient(config): Client;

Creates a low-level API client.

The client carries only transport, auth and retry policy — it knows nothing about any one API version, so a single instance drives every surface the package exposes, and with it a single set of credentials.

Prefer the surface factories the package exports unless you want the flat functions and a smaller bundle.
