Get the user schemas from the SCIM provider.

Note: This API does not support filtering, pagination, or sorting.
Parameters

- parameters: { directoryId: string }
  - directoryId: string
    
    The SCIM base URL that is generated when conecting an identity provider with SCIM provisioning.
